Add javadoc for AssertJ-DB 1.3.0

@VanRoy we don't need to publish javadoc anymore as they are automatically available in in javadoc.io: https://www.javadoc.io/doc/org.assertj/assertj-db/latest/index.html always points to the latest version found in maven central.

other than that, good job!

@joel-costigliola Thanks for the highlighting of javadoc publication. It's pretty cool. So I completely removed the AssertJ-DB javadoc from this repository and updated the links to point to javadoc.io.
