Enable adding appointment individuals by index instead of NRIC. #9

Rather than having to type in the patient and doctor ID each time, it would be much better if we could just use their indexes in the respective list, which greatly simplifies the user experience.

Team's Response

We intend for users to use NRIC instead of index for better accuracy. When a user is setting up a new appointment, the idea is to take the NRICs and immediately create a new appointment with it instead of going to the patient/ doctor list and looking for the correct index. The Index of a doctor/patient might also keep changing, and hence lead to inaccuracies. Besides, a fast typist should not have an issue typing out the full IC instead of an index.
