Update BPFd sources to match BPFd sources in BCC upstreaming branch #50

This updates the BPFd sources to be identical to the BPFd sources in the BCC branch intended for upstream submission.

This was thoroughly tested on the HiKey960 board throughout the development of the BCC upstreaming branch.
