Summary: using timeclock to log HOO hours. use logged data to calculate POS discounts. automate this process monthly.

This could be broken into 2 projects: A: modify timeclock to allow HOOs to log their hours, create logins for all hoos with timeclock-only perms. Start using this system to log ALL HOO hours.

B:Once transition to timeclock is complete, setup automated tasks to calculate POS discounts based on stored HOO hours data.
