Configure FooterBoxes #17

Match footerboxes to current IS4C config.

@PeoplesFoodCoop : Do we want to still have the patronage pts. tracker? I suspect so, yes? If so i can make that. (doesnt currently exist in CORE)

Added a new footer box for tracking Patronage Pts. 8b0346f25f9556f948ff2cf283498bba8248350f Now visible on the testlane screen. we can re-order / change the other footer boxes as well if you want to.
