charge payment button #86

What does the charge payment button do?

the intention early on was to use the charge accounts feature. This never got implemented, but the CHARGE PMT. button would have been used to make payments into ones charge account.

@PeoplesFoodCoop: Should the charge pmt button go away? Or do you have plans to use the charge accounts? e.g. for staff purchases.

I would like to keep it. I would like to look at integrating the staff tab system into the POS with version 2.0.
