Add a command that deletes a course channel #24

We can add course channels but deleting them is not yet possible. This makes it hard to rectify mistakes.

This command should:

  1. Remove the database entry
  2. Remove the role, join message, and chat channel (or maybe move it to an archive folder as a from of "paranoid" deletion)
