fix: use correct oanda domain and streaming endpoint #69

When streaming.py was not working I stumbled upon #53. I noticed @neberg99 comment and I fixed it. I tested the demo environment with my oanda credentials and using the heartbeat or print I see it now streams again.

There is another FX change as well for easier data. But if this is working for you I'll merge it in
