`sf` objects? #14

In addition to the coordinates, should we send back an sf object? (i.e. a tibblewith a geometrycolumn?

en même temps, comme dirait l'autre, that would induce a dependency on sf, and thus on gdal, geos and so forth. So I think it's best to stay away from that for now...
