Update to the latest flapdoodle dependencies #80

I believe that this now fixes the long term issue https://github.com/joelittlejohn/embedmongo-maven-plugin/issues/44

Could someone please confirm?

@dizzzz this should be the penultimate piece of the puzzle. After this you would just need a new version of this plugin.

@joelittlejohn Thanks, please check it does fix the issues in #44 first. I am currently on a very slow connection here so I have not been able to run our test suite as it needs to download MongoDB etc.
