Bump jsonschema2pojo-gradle-plugin/example/android gradle version to 7.6.4 (with multi-release jar support fix) #1633

Gradle 7.6.1 - 7.6.3 had a bug due to which builds dependant on multi-release jar(s) fail. Bumping gradle to 7.6.4 would solve given issue.
