current location filter

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create rule location changed(no filter) -> email current location

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
instead of location I received text <Current Location>

this must be caused by loss of code in r829, so ren's fix should take care of 
this.

This bug only occurs in r829-r833.

I just found out that i committed r829. I'm sooo sorry to cause you this much 
trouble. I'm honestly trying to be careful about conflicts. sorry again :(:(

not really, I don't even remember now, but I had made some changes to migration 
file as well and probably they were conflicting when I updated the code. not 
really sure though
