Nixify project #9

default.nix is used to build the project via nix-build shell.nix is used for working on the code; it adds the proper ghc version and ghcid + ghcide common.nix and the nix directory are helpers/dependencies for the above

I also updated to the latest Stack LTS.

Honestly I thought I knew how to use this but seems like I don't. but thats ok. I'll merge it
