Make the pie segments clickable in Function Details visualizer #18

In the Function Details visualizer of version 0.2.0, it would be nice to be 
able to click on sections of the pie chart to go to that method. Even nicer 
would be previous/next navigation buttons.

Actually had both of these in an early prototype using the MS chart control. 
Not sure
how to implement it with the ZedGraph control yet. The navigation was also kind 
of
confusing but I believe that was an implementation problem.

Leaving this tentative, and will revisit it past 0.2.1.
