Clean up by removing folders for PR previews #38

I think we can just have a workflow that is triggered on PR close that remove the corresponding directories (diffN and pullN). Maybe there is something we can use here too https://github.com/UBC-DSCI/introduction-to-datascience-python/tree/main/.github/workflows
