I see you're from ThoughtWorks, and it looks like you're using your TW-specific GitHub account, so there's an additional step or two for you to do, because of changes for TW employees and open source licensing. I do a lot of work with TW clients and I'm a TW alum. I expect you probably know the phrase "ThoughtWorks is a bit fanatical". :-)

If you want this to be from you personally, and not related to your TW work, then that's the east way. Just submit the PR from your personal GitHub account, and anywhere in the PR request write "This is my personal work, and not related in any way to my professional work at ThoughtWorks".

If you want this to be from your TW account, then have TW email me any current reasonable open source release agreement so you can do this open source. This can be as easy as an email saying "[Your name] is authorized by [TW manager] to donate [briefly describe work] to [repo URL]. My email is joel@joelparkerhenderson, and TW has that email on record for me as TW alum. You're also welcome to email me directly of course.
I've created this ADR template for a current project to structure rather complex consequences using a RAID methodology. It has helped immensely to address concerns and to clarify their impact to enable stakeholders to come to an informed decision.
