Strip down QF AHK options.txt #10

Remove everything we don't care about from QF AHK options.txt. Still need to keep SendMode and Delay(s). Dropping Key* support for 2.0 release; will see if there is any demand for this since it only affects Visualization mode for non key based use.

Add to options.txt DesignateMode=(key|macro)
