Visualization mode #8

Implement Visualization mode:

  1. Use --mode=key when calling qfconvert
  2. New flag -v to enable visualization (tracing the footprint) output
  3. Change %wait% to {wait} everywhere
  4. Make AHK break between {wait} tags (use that as the separator)
