Consider migrating to a non-Github issue tracker #10

Consider moving Sidewise's issue tracker to a service that doesn't require the user to have a Github account to submit an issue, and/or allows the user to sign in using Google/Facebook/OAuth credentials.

One possible alternative is http://www.atlassian.com/software/ondemand/pricing which appears to be free for open source projects; unconfirmed whether anonymous or OAuth users are supported.

Maybe just set up a UserEcho site for Sidewise and keep the Github tracker for actual in-development issue tracking.

On the same track as using Atlassian's services, bitbucket has a basic issue tracker, and bitbucket supports OAuth signup with Google, Facebook, Twitter or Github OAuth.
