Not sure if this is a good idea because the behavior is a little bit "magical"; if a folder has 50 tabs and 49 are hibernated the folder label would be black; hibernate the last one and it goes gray. At the same time it might be nice to be able to differentiate completely-hibernated folders from the rest.
