Windows 7 Excel 2016 problem #31

This following thing didn't work b4 I tried the xmouse, and it isn't working now. It is about scrolling not being possible inside the Pivot Table Fields on Windows 7 64bit/Excel 2016 64 bit system. Can't scroll the pivot table fields, hovering over it is not enough. Need to click inside the pivot table sections window first, to be able to scroll it. I know for sure scrolling the Pivot Table Fields works just by hovering over it on Windows 10 / Office 2007 combination, no xmouse used there.

If you use Windows 7 64 bit and Excel 2016 64 bit without XMouse, does scrolling in that situation work?

Why are you downgrading Windows and upgrading Office? It would be better if you could test Windows 7 64 bit with Excel 2007 or Windows 10 with Excel 2016 64 bit so that you are only changing one thing at a time.

Your report gives the impression that you are not using XMouse-Controls. Can you share a screenshot of the XMouse you are using so that we can see better what you mean?

You said that scrolling in a Pivot Table in Windows 7 64 bit with Excel 2016 64 bit doesn’t work b4 (before) or after using XMouse Controls. If using XMouse Controls makes no difference, why are you filing an issue with XMouse Controls?

Please let us know so that we can help you or direct you to the right place.

Thanks!
