[Feature Request] URL Background Image

It'd be awesome to support loading images from a URL for Tabliss' background a la:

For my use case, I'd ideally want a way to make sure that the image can be refreshed each time the page loads, as I intend to use the URL to a webcam and want to see the most recent snapshot from the webcam -- not cached images.
