[Feature Request] Add a custom HTML Widget #520

I would like a widget where I can add custom HTML. That way if I need a very specific Widget I can make it myself. In addition to this custom Javascript would also be really cool.

I don't know how hard this to implement is but I hope you'll consider it if you've got nothing else to do.

HTML widget is certainly possible, in fact I'm already working on it.

JavaScript is already possible in the web version, but is not possible to implement in the extension (see #492, #87).
