[Feature Request] Ability to change new tab icon/icon colour #638

The blue tabliss icon often looks out of place in many dark mode themes I use and having a simple white plus icon is more minimalistic and pleasing to me. It would be great if there was a simple option to change the new tab icon or at least the ability to change the colour of the new tab icon.
