Looping pagination, bbox, deck moved to top #44

I haven't implemented the "onDeck" attribute thing. You might want to move the clock somewhere else so that it doesn't block the deck.

Bugs?: _ A lot of times the clock doesn't show when the game starts. Is it the way it's supposed to be or is it a bug?

When an island is dropped back to the deck, it will go to the original position where it was setup during initialization. That means if the current page displayed on the deck is not the page where that island is positioned, the island disappears.
