Doesn't scroll with up/down arrow keys #844

If I press down/up arrow keys in editor, the view doesn't scroll when the caret goes out of view.

Is there anything that I'm missing here?! I'm puzzled, because this renders the whole thing completely and utterly unusable.

macOS 11.7.2 Safari 16.1 Chrome 107.0.5304.110
