Configurable mlpm_modules location #14

Someone asked if it was possible to configure the mlpm_modules location, with the idea of running mlpm from project root, but having that folder situated further down, like src/ or src/main/xquery/ml-modules/ext/..

Workaround, put mlpm.json where you want that folder, and run from there..
