The pdf.js library should be forked to a separate repo, to maintain an embedding-tailored version of pdf.js. This forked version should contain all PDFy-specific modifications, minus the footer bar content, and should follow upstream.

This may become a fork of viewer.js rather than pdf.js, to integrate future display of the Open Document Foundation formats, as well as potential support for EPUB down the road. Related to #7.
