Default terminal colors go away upon exit

Need to find the exact way to replicate, but terminal colors go to black and gray upon exit.

Text colors don't seem to be changing anymore due to other commits. Cursor block color changes, but I'm not too worried about that.

Terminal colors are severely broken on OS X
