As the DELORES logging gathers pace, it's interfering with the normal watson chart. I need a new chart.

[x] delete the existing delores.md file
[x] push the new one to ~/delores
[x] get watson to write the delores.js file.
[ ] create new chart - possibly seperately... hmm.

Actually - delores can stay in the same chart for now because you can turn things on and off. But would like another really. Okay. To the command line.

I've refactored out the javascript (it needed to be done anyway) and copied the file. Commiting.
