Deal with infinite loops

Currently there is NO way to stop checking email (even when empty - so definately a bug) or stop doing actions (which might be a bug, but the actions list is very rarely empty).

So what is the solution?

• [ ] fix the email bug
• [x] work out a solution to the next actions loop.
• [ ] cron for reviewing projects
• [ ] proper algorithm for reviewing projects and adding tasks.

Okay, so what does the review algorithm look like:

• Take first project
• map it - ten steps
• If maped - check which steps can be ticked off
• work out what the next sprint is (assume sprint, only do a shorter action if there is a problem, and try and do two shorter actions)
• Put actions directly into the project
• assign the project to the right person.

When done:

• close project
• post about project
• work out follow ups for project

More to the point, now that we've worked out what we want to do with the projects. We can also be happy with the infinite loop we have on next actions for now. Certainly there are more important things to be workingon.
