I want an eight hour stretch where MRS landingham makes a log entry every 15 minutes without restarting or any 'jump' commands.

What do I need for this from a techology perspective?

[x] Check the logging is working
[ ] Have a timer that goes off.
[ ] Solve the 'come back from errand' problem.

Solving the 'come back from errand' problem means having a rule that says "When you are out on a errand you have n minutes to do it and then come back"

I've got the logging working and I'm working on the timer right now.
