Hi, which file encoding we use?

For me (on Windows) all the license headers are broken:

Copyright 2012 Jörg Hoh, ....

I'd vote for UTF-8

Me too, the project.build.sourceEncoding is already set to UTF-8. Will open a branch to add the appropriate Eclipse stuff.
