Initially generated *DefaultStyle.java does not compile #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new Spray project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- should be: from the initial spray model compiling code should be generated
- but was: *DefaultStyle.java does not compile

Work-around:
- remove the style file and the reference to its content in the spray file

In Spray SDK Feature 0.5.0.201208212210 (Juno) this has been fixed. 

In Spray SDK Feature    0.5.0.201208052205 (Indigo) the file does not compile as 
the style project is not imported in the MANIFEST.MF by default.
