Enable linking to style and gradients under their simple name #177

Gradient and styles are bound as JVMTypeReferences whose are exported under 
their full qualified name. Additionally there is bound an import aware scope 
provider, that put the packages of styles and shapes in scope, so the simple 
names should be sufficient). Unfortunately you have to make a shape DSL 
artifact dirty and the save it to resolve also referenced styles with only 
their simple name given. This should be fixed.
