Introduce runtime plugin for Xtext related extensions #93

Xtext (UI) related runtime classes (features, tool extensions) should be 
implemented in a new plugin
  org.eclipselabs.spray.runtime.graphiti.xtext

First features to add:
- Open Model Element custom feature
- Xtext validation decorator renderer
