github.io repository page refresh including audio module, SVG geometry colors expansion, and doc/demo fixes. Part of fulfilling #8

Found a better workflow: first do all the gh-pages updating and testing in a forked repo, then do a PR from that gh-pages branch to the parent gh-pages.
