Following work to enable SEER2/EER2/HSPF2 performance inputs for residential systems (covered in tic #3431) it was suggested that some systems where we offer EER2 inputs should be restricted to only allow EER. Those systems include PackageTermHeatPump, SinglePackageVertHeatPump & GroundSourceHeatPump.
