UI Support: Ultra High Definition (UHD) Displays #34

Copying a CBECC-Res ticket into Com becuase I think Com should get this enhancement as well.

See CBECC-Res Ticket #828 for more information.

Current CBECC-Res ticket discription at entry time:

Update UI to support 4k UHD (ultra HD) displays which are gradually becoming more common in the more powerful laptops, such as those used by BW & KN (and RJ). On these screens, UI tree, text, buttons, etc. display extremely small - highly unusable. Workaround is known to function that requires Windows registry edits and use of a program manifest (XML) file, but preferred approach is for UI to support the UHD displays natively, primarily to avoid requiring Windows Registry edits in order to get CBECC tools to run properly. Graphic shows comarison of text in Windows Explorer (on left) vs. CBECC:

Switching status to WontFix due to enhancements in Windows 10 that cause CBECC UI updates to be much lower priority. Win10 settings can now handle high DPI screen scaling quite well by following these steps (for each CBECC executable on a system): Right-click the program executable file (CBECC-Xxx##.exe) Select Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > check the box "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and choose scaling by "System (Enhanced)".
