Flow balance calculations for Lab systems #58

Currently, process lab spaces are defined by a certain space function, 'Scientific Laboratory Area'. These spaces always require the minimum exhaust of 1cfm/ft2, unless 'Has Process Exhaust' is unchecked, in which case the space has no min exhaust required. If the space has lab process exhasut, it cannot be combined with other space functions.

This enhancement would add inputs and calculations to allow lab systems to serve other space functions, and allow accounting for transfer air among the spaces when determining vent/exh flow balances.
