Investigate in E+ v8.9 testing whether Fan:ZoneExhaust, Balanced Exhaust Fraction Schedule control works. Expected behavior is that the if flow is not balanced, the exhaust flow will drive the outdoor air system serving the zone. If so, this would be a straightforward way to ensure the lab supply system OA flow tracks the exhaust.
