CBECC-Com: Design Day Weather File Error

11/5/18 User - I noticed that the DDY files that come with CBECC-COM software have negative values for the "Daily Dry-Bulb Temperature Range {C}" field in the SizingPeriod:DesignDay object, for 5 of the CEC climate zones. This field should be positive, but is negative for November 21 SummerDesignDay for the 5 climate zones attached (CZ04, 6, 8, 10, 15). For CZ09 (Burbank-Glendale), this field is also blank for the 6/21 and 7/21 SummerDesignDays. The negative values in these fields causes simulations to fail. Also, these DDY files do not match the DDY files available on the EnergyPlus website.

Why are these values negative? And why do they not match the DDY files on the EnergyPlus website?
