Active Beam Enhancements

After working with user on Ticket 3017, the following enhancements to the active beam modelling feature are recommended:

1) Allow hot and chilled water coils to be simulated in the beam (this was already implemented right before 2019.1.0 May release) 2) Allow ActiveBeam terminals to be connected to more systems than just DOASVC and DOASVAV 3) Utilize new feature to connect AirSys serving the beam to inlet side of the FPFC system used in the simulation. 4) Implement humidty controls (ticekt 2424)

Per email from Glumac on 2/25/20, they indicated they are designing ActiveBeam systems that are not 100% OA. As such, they could not use the new ActiveBeam terminal.
