Updates to HRR Lighting and Process Loads implementation in CBECC-Com Issue 3241

• Create Project Level Dwelling Unit tab for defaulting Appliance Fuel type at each dwelling unit
• Add project level defaulting to include/exclude dwelling unit Clothes Washer and Clothes Dryer
• For Hotel/Motel spaces exclude loads for dishwasher/cooking/dryer/clothes washer/computer from process/receptacle loads
• Update refrigeration load assumption for Hotel/Motel spaces to be based on a small refrigerator (TBD).
• Update CSV reports to correct reporting of full load hours (FLH) and total kWh/therms for the residential zone loads
