1. Launch with UAC on without Admin permissions.

No crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Can't you change the path when performing the installation?
I will take a look at this as I am also planning on taking a look for 
separating the installation for different Windows local accounts for the next 
release.
