Provide the ability to quickly add a feed #138

It gets tiresome to go through all the menus to add a new RSS feed - I want to do it quickly with out keybind to open a modal. Provide the ability to add new feed from anywhere. I could submit a PR

I would also add another part to your request, which is the ability to import feeds from OPML files that are the most common export on feed readers would be able to add them all at once....

..and later on we can CSV import just as a special option for importing bookmarks from sites like Matter, Upnext, etc. CSV imports typically contain tags and other extra information.

OPML import already exists. There is a button next to the add button.
