edit: seems that nothing happens here

While true if you install it while the mainboard is in the case like I believe you have been, the manual for the original boards states to remove the mainboard for the installation. I have found all the ones I do with it out of the case work great and will go back in all together much easier.

Build and installed a few Rejuventors. All have in common that the space between PCB and PSU is not enaugh. Had to remove at least one PSU Screw to get the Rejuvenator fitted.

  1. Yellow rectangle; Make PCB a bit smaller (1-1.5mm) to get more space between PSU and Rejuvenator Board.
  2. Red rectangle; Add a notch to the pcb to get room for the grommet that holds the cable from psu to the mainboard.

The manual states it for easier installation. But the position is every time the same, you can´t move the rejuvenator if it´s installed. So no difference if I install it inside the case or outside the case, the Space between PSU and Rejuvenator is to small. If the Rejuvenator is installed on the board the mounting holes for the psu did not align anymore.

I wonder if something changed in the board size from the original release files to the current? I didnt have any problems with mine. I guess I need to build another one from the current downloaded repository and see.

Must have to do with the Case, the PSU or something like that. Didn´t figured it out yet. I have build few Rejuvenators. Some people have no problem with missing space, other as I do, have.

Interesting enough, the reproduction board is actually narrower than the original for just this reason. You are the only one I know of with this issue. The angle at the top right of the board was also made deeper to allow better clearance for the peg that fits there, as well as the hole in the middle of the board being larger.

I think we can shave a couple more mm off the edge of the board where the power supply sits without issue. About how much more room are you needing?
