The equations for most of the PAL16L8 outputs have been successfully decoded. Create .PLD files with those outputs which are known.

The equations for all locations, U28, U29, U30, and U31 have been successfully persuaded, recreated, compiled, and tested by none other than the great Matthias Heinrichs. Many thanks!
