Style the Proposals page #11

The proposals page (the home page), uses css-grid to show the list of currently proposed movies. This page can be styled some more:

[ ] - Make each movie a link into the movie details page (link to /movie/<imdbId>)
[ ] - Show / hide information based on the screen width size
[ ] - at shortest width show movie image with votes and proposals underneath
