Cannot upload data to shiny-phyloseq #586

I hit the browse upload button to upload my .biom file and it says upload complete but nothing happens. Not sure what is going on. The only data available are the test dataset. I cannot use anything I upload. Please help! Thanks!

Problem has been solved. Issue was related to .biom not being in JSON format.
